Terms and Conditions

1. User Eligibility: Some terms apply only to Consumers or Business Users.

2. Account Terms

Registration: Provide accurate info and safeguard login details.

Termination: Users may delete accounts anytime by contacting the Owner.

Suspension: The Owner may suspend/delete accounts for violations without compensation.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content is owned/licensed by the Owner. Unauthorized use (copying, sharing, modifying) is prohibited.

Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant the Owner a license to use it for site operations.

4. Purchases & Payments

Products: Descriptions and prices are subject to change.

Process: Select items, enter details, review, and pay. Orders are binding upon submission.

Payments: Processed via third parties; no refunds for failed payments.

5. Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery: Products delivered within 5 days of purchase.

Free Delivery: Applies to orders above a specified threshold to eligible locations. Additional charges may apply for remote addresses.

Inspection Required: Customers must verify product condition before signing the delivery note. Harrats is not responsible for damages/missing parts post-delivery.

Failed Deliveries: If we fail to meet a person to receive our deliveries and return the goods, the customer will bear the cost of the second attempt,

For carrier-arranged deliveries by User: Owner not liable for delays/damages after handover.

Unclaimed goods will be returned; second delivery attempts incur User costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns: see our policy

Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless free delivery applied).

Process: Email sales@harrats.com for return instructions.

Refunds issued after inspection.

7. Cancellation Policy

Valid only for orders in “processing” status via sales@harrats.com.

8. Liability

The Owner is not liable for:

Third-party content/resources.

Damages from site misuse, hacking, or force majeure events.

 Indemnification: Users cover costs from violations of these Terms.

9. General

Changes: The Owner may update Terms; continued use implies acceptance.

Governing Law: Laws of Nigeria.

Disputes: Contact the Owner first. Disputes are subject to Nigerian Laws.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: 2–7 business days (excluding Sundays/public holidays). Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.

Notifications: Shipment confirmations sent via email (check spam if missing).

3. Delivery Requirements

Signature mandatory upon delivery.

Shipments on Sundays/public holidays are  possible.
